2. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Personal data provided by users through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

• Managing and responding to inquiries or requests for information sent through the contact form. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Statistical analysis of web traffic through Google Analytics, in order to improve content and browsing experience. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

3. Data retention period

Data provided through the contact form will be kept for as long as strictly necessary to respond to the inquiry and, subsequently, for the applicable legal periods. Data associated with analytics cookies will be retained in accordance with the periods defined in the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.

Regarding Google Analytics, browsing data may be transferred to Google LLC servers located in the United States.
